The Short Version
Not to advertisers, not to recruiters, not to anyone. Forsa has no advertising business.
Your profile stays private until you press Apply. Browsing is invisible.
One button in Settings removes your account and data within 30 days.
Partner institutions get anonymous counts only — never who applied where.
Forsa is an internship and early-career platform for students and recent graduates in Tripoli and North Lebanon. It is built and operated by Devallow, a software company based in Tripoli, Lebanon.
When this policy says "we" it means Devallow acting as the operator of Forsa. When it says "you" it means anyone using Forsa — a student, a recent graduate, or someone posting on behalf of an organization.
Only what the platform needs to work. There is no hidden collection, and nothing is gathered from third-party data brokers.

Each piece of data maps to a specific job. If a purpose ends, we stop collecting for it.

This is the part most students ask about, so it is worth being precise.
Organizations
An organization sees your full profile and CV only after you apply to one of its opportunities. It sees nothing about your other applications, saved listings, or browsing. Organizations cannot search the student database.
Partner universities
CIS College, Jinan University, and future partners receive aggregate statistics only — for example "38 students from your Business faculty applied to internships this term". Never names, never individual applications.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to host the platform, store files, and send email. They process data on our instructions only, and cannot use it for their own purposes.
Other students
Nothing. Forsa is not a social network — there are no public student profiles and no directory.
We may disclose data if Lebanese law obliges us to. If that happens and we are legally allowed to tell you, we will.
Your CV is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone until you attach it to an application. You can replace or delete it at any time from your profile.
Once an organization has received your application, it holds a copy of that submission for its own hiring records. Deleting your Forsa account removes the file from our systems, but we cannot retrieve copies already downloaded by an organization — the same as any job application sent by email.

You can exercise any of these from Settings, or by emailing us. We respond within 30 days and never charge for it.
See your data
Download everything we hold about you as a single file.
Correct it
Edit any field in your profile yourself, at any time.
Delete it
Remove your account and all associated data permanently.
Withdraw an application
Retract a submission and ask the organization to delete its copy.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form — not even we can see yours. Access to production data is limited to the small number of Devallow engineers who need it, and every access is logged.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you directly and promptly, describe what happened, and say what we are doing about it.
Forsa uses very few cookies, and none for advertising.

Forsa is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's agreement before applying to an internship through the platform. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 16 — if we learn of one, we delete it.
Forsa is early, and this policy will change as the platform grows. When we make a change that affects your data in a material way, we will email you and show a notice in the app before it takes effect — not quietly update the date at the top. Every past version stays available on request.
A real person in Tripoli reads this inbox. Questions about your data, requests to delete it, or complaints all go to the same place.
